Luxury is waiting for you… in the shape of light fixtures! I know I may seem a little crazy talking about luxury lighting but trust me when I say, it has the power to transform ANY space. It can be as simple as swapping out your old light fixtures in your bathroom or replacing an outdated lamp with a new one. Change doesn’t have to be extremely drastic or jaw-dropping, it really can be the simple things. Each room in my home has a different style of luxury lighting, no two rooms are the same. I love personalizing each space, I mean all rooms serve a different purpose don’t they?

BASEMENT REFRESH LIGHTING

This nook was a particular struggle during our basement refresh. I couldn’t decide how I wanted to make the space more functional yet still look elevated. I knew I wanted to keep the picture light fixture, even though I was planning to get rid of the artwork. I felt like the brass finish contrasted really well with the dark accent wall and storage cabinet. The taper candlestick holders were the perfect accent piece that matched the light fixture above the mirror. I’m using real candles here but feel free to use flameless ones, it looks the same!

KITCHEN ISLAND LIGHTING

If you are going to be cooking and making messes in the kitchen… you need to see what you’re doing! These large pendant lights hang directly above our island and they are perfect! I utilize the island a lot whether I am baking or cooking dinner, it’s usually where I measure everything I need. I chose the matte black pendant versus white to contrast with our marble countertops and white mosaic tile backsplash.

BATHROOM VANITY LIGHTING

These vanity lights were exactly what we were missing in this bathroom! The vintaged brass adds a classic feel to our otherwise modern bathroom. With a heavy emphasis of black, white, and marble from the tile up – I wanted something different for our lights. Don’t be afraid to mix metals or colors, sometimes it gives you the best results!
