Last week, I had the amazing opportunity to attend an Amazon event in the heart of New York City. The vibrant energy of the city and its fast-paced, stylish vibe pushed me to elevate my fashion game. I got to reconnect with so many familiar faces, and make new friends which made the event even more special. From chic streetwear to event-ready looks, my wardrobe became a perfect blend of practicality and NYC-inspired flair. Here’s how I styled my trip, capturing the essence of the city in every outfit!
Day One in New York

One of my favorite moments from the trip was matching vibes with a friend. The first evening for our elegant dinner at the Waverly Inn (a hot spot for Taylor Swift, which is so fun) I wore a burgundy silk skirt paired with a lace top and cinched it all together with a sleek belt. I love this look for any date night or upcoming holiday dinner events. The mix of textures made the look feel so elevated, and block-heel boots kept it comfortable but still stylish. Funny enough, my friend showed up in lace too, and we couldn’t stop laughing at how perfectly coordinated we looked.
A Day in the City
For the first full day we spent the day soaking up everything New York has to offer, from ice skating to taking in the amazing views around the city including going to “Top of the Rock”. It was such a fun, memorable day filled with so much laughter. I kept my outfit practical but cute—knee-high boots with warm stockings, a cozy sweater pulled together with a cute belt, and a trench coat to keep out the chill. I cannot recommend the warm fleece lined stockings enough, and have a been a top seller this last week for a reason! It ended up being the perfect look for a day of skating and exploring, and I felt totally at home in the city’s energy. Seeing the city decked out in holiday was probably one of my most memorable trips, and it only got better as we kept exploring.. keep reading below!
New York by Night
Day two in New York was such a fun and stylish experience! We all looked amazing, thanks to being styled by a professional for the evening. We kicked off the night at the Amazon Holiday Soiree event, which showcased all of the top deals about to hit for Black Friday and Cyber Monday events. I love getting sneak peaks at deals, and of course running into all of my favorite people. I wore a beautiful white dress that sold out on Amazon in minutes, paired with bow heels that were definitely the star of the look. I couldn’t get enough of my friend’s sleek white blazer—we matched again, and I loved it! Dinner was perfect, full of laughter, great food, and the vibrant energy of the city. It was a night to celebrate and remember!
A Tea Day at the Plaza Hotel
This trip was such a memorable experience, and I loved every moment of it. From quality time with friends to exploring the vibrant city and curating outfits that felt both chic and authentic, it was truly a highlight. Afternoon tea at The Plaza added an elegant and unforgettable touch to the day, making the experience even more special.
