As the holiday season approaches, I’m getting swept up in the joy of turning our home into a cozy winter wonderland. While it’s still a work in progress, I wanted to share a little sneak peek of what I’ve been working on. From festive touches in the living room to playful decor in our bedrooms, I’ve been adding fun, charming pieces to bring extra warmth to every space. Festive Touches for the Living Room

Right now, my living room is truly the heart of our holiday decor. I’m so excited to finally have our tree up! The kids are beyond thrilled, and it really adds that magical touch to the space. It’s beautifully decorated with twinkling lights and ornaments that reflect our family’s story. While I still plan to add a few more garlands and a cozy throw to complete the look, the room already feels so inviting and warm—a perfect setting for family gatherings and cozy nights by the fire. And can we talk about the stockings this year? I’m absolutely loving them! The personalized name tags make them feel extra special, and I can’t wait to fill them up with holiday cheer. This living room has quickly become the centerpiece of our home, and I’m so excited to see how it continues to come together throughout the season.
Dining Area Holiday Charm

My dining area is coming together beautifully, though still a work in progress. I’ve started with a simple yet elegant table setting, complete with holiday-themed plates and lovely candle holders. The Christmas tree plate adds such a festive touch to the table, making it feel extra special. I’ve also added some pillar candles, which bring a soft, warm glow to the space. Everything ties together so perfectly with the Rainier rug, adding a cozy yet stylish foundation. I’m excited to finish it off with a festive centerpiece, maybe some seasonal flowers, and of course, all the laughter and love that will fill this space during our holiday feasts. Once it’s complete, I know it will be the perfect spot for making holiday memories with loved ones.

In the kitchen, I’ve started to add some festive touches, like holiday-themed dish towels and a few seasonal accents on the countertops. Above the stove, I’ve hung a beautiful wreath, perfectly centered in the room, adding a touch of holiday magic. While I still have more decorating to do, the kitchen already feels bright, cheerful and ready for holiday baking and hosting family.

I’ve been having so much fun adding holiday cheer to our bedroom this year! I especially love the garland we’ve draped over the mirror—it brings such a cozy, festive vibe to the room. Aspen’s room is especially magical with her adorable tree from Michael’s. I absolutely love how it turned out—it’s the perfect size for her space, and she’s so excited to have her own little tree to decorate. Adding these festive touches throughout the house has made everything feel extra special, and I can’t wait to enjoy the magic of the season in each space!
While not every space is holiday-ready just yet, I’m enjoying the process of decorating and adding personal touches to each room.
